TITLE: THE IMPACT OF COMMUNICATION BARRIERS IN PROJECT TEAM OF THE PROJECT SUCCESS
Communication is very important in project team members, especially in the areas of project management every decision should get approval to conduct a lact of communication in activities. communication is a process by which the source transmits any messages, idea,s, information to the receiver through medium. Barriers of communication are the hindrances or difficulties involved in the process of communication which distort the message from being properly understood by the receiver. Mainting communication within the team and the team and between the organizations vital to team success.
The problem for this study is lack of communication in activities. The research objective on this study are communication barriers in project team members leads to project failure.
This methodology been used in this research by two way, that is individual interview by the expert project manager and survey questionnaire by 60 manager team and 3 project manager in this company. Data instrument for this research find out in internet. The result from my research is that project failure hasppened because the lack of communication skills between project team members. This problem cause barriers that causing conflict that that lead to the project failure.
